elitefitness will use the most effective means of cardiovascular exercise, in order to help you make significant improvements in your physical fitness.

Focusing on cardiovascular exercise is vital if your main aim is to:

  • REDUCE BODY FAT

Assessment of your progress:

  • Elite fitness can provide initial fitness testing in order to assess what level your fitness is prior to a course of personal training sessions. Regular fitness tests can then be implemented during the course of training to determine what progress you have made.


Further tests that are provided by elitefitness include:

  • Skinfold test - this provides accurate measurement of your percentage body fat and can be used to monitor any progress made from training
  • BMI testing - this uses data such as your weight and height to calculate a body mass index (BMI) score. Your individual score will be evaluated and as a result appropriate exercise plans implemented
  • Exercise tests are optional but are encouraged as they allow you to see the progress you are making as a result of regular training sessions. This will often give you the extra motivation you need to achieve your goals quicker!
